Known Issues

If you are having problems with the latest version then please try the following steps:

  • Power off and restart your phone - this should resolve issues with taking photographs of puzzles

  • Uninstall Sudoku Grab completely and download it again - this should resolve any issues with the upgrade process not working as it should

    Hi Chris. I've found a problem where if you press the info icon twice in quick succession then the 'done' will remain. Pressing it again a couple more times will throw you to the home page. This is with the latest update.

    Hi Chris. Love the app, fun to show people - but it doesn't seem to do a very good job of recognition on the USA Today sudoku puzzles, where a bunch of the squares have gray backgrounds. (Or maybe I'm doing it wrong and ned brighter light.)

    Just a suggestion, you might like to try it with one of those and see how it works for you.
