    My colleague (@PenLlawen) informs me that there is a special form you need to fill in to get your App Store money from Japan.

    Don't think I'm ever going to need to fill out that form. Sales in Japan went back down yesterday to 10. You have to make at least $250 dollars in a country before Apple will pay you anything... I think I might be waiting quite a while.
